Geoff has over 25 years international experience at senior and board level within the IT and management consulting
sector, specialising in business and IT change, transformation, organisation development (OD), programme and operations
management, and systems and requirements engineering.
He is an experienced consultant and change specialist with particular expertise in systems thinking, strategy, quality management, Six and Lean Sigma, process management and customer relationship management.
Jane is an experienced trainer and project manager. She has a broad portfolio of clients providing a
variety of services to support and develop their organisational development, customer interfaces, learning
and development and assessment strategies.
Some previous roles have been Chief External Verifier; Assessment and Compliance for the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and the first Chief External Verifier for Investors in People UK. She has managed a customer service development and assessment programme for the Open University and has worked with organisations enabling them to deliver accredited work-based learning and development through on the job training and assessment.
